The company aimed to increase the CLTV of its customers by increasing customer loyalty. To do so, we assisted the digital product team in a research process with real estate buyers. With what we learned from that research, we defined a design strategy, worked through a series of joint ideation and prioritization meetings, and defined the key flows and screens of the application.

At Food Delivery Brands, as Strategic Design and Digital Experiences partners, we collaborated in a two-year roadmap for the migration to a new SaaS specialized in QSR, designing new experiences and overseeing the implementation for all the group's global brands, ensuring continuous improvements and minimal impact on sales.

We adapted Pizza Hut's global platform for the Spanish and Latin American market, adjusting it to the regional context. In three months, our multidisciplinary team worked with agile methodologies to execute the project, focusing on user experience and business needs.

As part of an internal technological transformation process, we participated in a design process to improve the ordering experience in store, ecommerce and call center. In collaboration with the Bank's teams, we are working on a continuous improvement process to optimize conversion funnels and reduce user drop-off in critical parts of the navigation. Through iterations based on user behavior and motivation, experiments have been continuously launched to incrementally improve accessibility, experience and navigation.
