Our Technical Analyst specializes in configuring and analyzing digital tools to ensure accurate data collection and support strategic decision-making. They troubleshoot technical implementation issues and ensure systems run smoothly. They set up and maintain digital analytics tools, manage tagging to track events and conversions, and collaborate with marketing, analytics, and development teams to optimize the digital experience. Additionally, they develop A/B tests for CRO teams and possess knowledge in front-end development and JavaScript. Our Web Digital Analyst focuses on analyzing user behavior to improve experience and performance. They combine quantitative and qualitative data with digital strategies to optimize revenue, traffic, and conversions. They efficiently prioritize based on monetary impact calculations and conduct UX research.
