Through the technical migration to Figma and the implementation of a new architecture and governance, the fundamental foundations of the Design System were established, integrating new libraries and project guidelines with the existing ones of the previous platform, ensuring a flexible and scalable source of truth and a smooth transition of the new system by the internal teams through detailed documentation and responsive reconstruction.

Using the Design Sprint methodology, together with a multidisciplinary team from Banco Industrial, a new mobile transfer service with advanced functionalities for a complex market and banking context was conceptualized, designed and tested with real users.

We supported Atrápalo in the definition and implementation of an operational model of migration to Figma that would allow the efficient and controlled exploitation of the tool by the design and development team; accompanied by a standard of documentation and native re-build sanitized in Figma.

Based on the Salesforce ecosystem, we collaborated in the definition of Affinity's digital experience for its future online sales.
