Integration of the end customer experience in Fluidra’s digital ecosystem. Strategy We addressed the challenge of designing for end users in a traditional B2B model, finding implementable ideas that generate a win-win-win relationship between Fluidra, its local customers and end users. We conducted immersion workshops, interviews and ideation sessions, segmenting the audience and creating a needs map. We defined a catalog of more than 50 ideas, prioritizing and selecting some of them for their implementation plan.
